NERVOUS PATIENTS

What To Expect

Dental phobia or anxiety can be a barrier to the dental care you need.

Maybe you haven’t been to the dentist and are worried because you feel you will be judged.

Kathryn realises that dental anxiety and phobias are genuine and can present in different ways. Non-attendance (avoidance) is a common way to manage true fear.

If you are looking for a dentist to look after you and your teeth, Kathryn understands that this is often accompanied with feeling nervous or anxious and will not judge you or make you feel embarrassed for having not attended in the past, no matter how long it has been.

Kathryn will work with you to find a way for you to comfortably have the treatment you need.  There is no one size fits all approach and what works for one person may not be what is right for another.  Kathryn will work to understand your needs and work with you appropriately.
